A planning tool for SEND parents to help navigate the year.

Designed by a SEND parent, former Headteacher and SENDCo, this document has been created with a view to supporting parents through professional's meetings, understanding the jargon used and keeping track of appointments, changes in behaviour and strategy plans for the weeks, months and year ahead. 

As an undated document and PDF, you can use the planner year on year and print as many of each section as you require.
